• Job Seekers: You may use the platform solely for job search and application purposes. You may not use the platform for any commercial activities, such as recruiting candidates or soliciting personal data from other users.
• Employers: Employers are permitted to post job opportunities and seek qualified candidates but must ensure that job listings comply with all applicable labor laws and do not engage in discriminatory practices.
• Data Usage: You may not scrape, mine, or collect data from the platform for any purpose other than what is allowed by these Terms.

• All content, including logos, text, graphics, and software, on the Jaitra-Tech platform is the property of Jaitra-Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose but may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any content or features without permission.

• No Warranty: Jaitra-Tech provides the platform “as-is” and makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the services.
• Limitation of Damages: Jaitra-Tech will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jaitra-Tech, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms.
